Company is running a scam on the reman parts I tried to buy a brand new starter but it had the test sheet in and if you know anything about parts and reman parts that test sheet should only be in there if it's a remand part I paid for a brand new part they pulled it out of a box where you could tell definitely was not that starter antenna valuable core sticker on it which also means it was a remand Part the difference in price was about 4050 dollars I was argued with a and gaslit because of their guilt when they were caught in their shameful activities

O'Reilly's is always very helpful, very attentive, and anytime I have gone into their store they always have the item I need in stock which definitely helps with good vehicle maintenance. I also like right by the registers all the small little trinkets or items that you would have in your vehicle and I usually will buy a good amount of air fresheners while I am there. I absolutely like receiving the cards in the mail depending on how much you have spent, you will receive a plastic card in the mail and I've probably gotten over $100 worth to use on my next time going in. That to me in itself is a great deal and I am always looking for great deals!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. If you use their loyalty card they keep track of your purchase history and warranties which is super useful.

Staff has amazing service. If you're visiting the Prairie Du Chien store, I HIGHLY recommend speaking with the Manager Dustin for any of your automotive needs.
