Needed coolant. Could not find the O'reilly's brand, had to be pointed to a different one. Not sure if they pegged me as stupid and tried to pull a fast one or if the employee was truly so incompetent, but I was initially charged three times the cost of the bottle. He told me it was taxes and fees. Nope. I forced a refund. He didn't even tell me what happened. He went to talk to the manager and when he came back he silently made the motions for a refund. I had to ask what happened. He said it was " just like.... not right." Felt like a scam, and if not, the level of incompetency and accuracy is reason enough to only go in if youre prepared to deal with incredible mistakes and uncomfortable service. Shady behavior. Do not recommend.

Love it or hate it, it's a parts store. You need parts, get down here and buy them parts!!!!! Honestly, the only complaint I could make is NOT on the parts store, it's the quality of ALL auto parts nowadays.

In a panic, right about close time (9pm?) on a Saturday, I drove into the lot with a flat tire, crying, in the rain and (probably rudely--it was my fifth hour trying to solve an impossibly difficult flat tire problem) asked the employee working to solve all of my problems...and he did. Despite my being rude, despite my total lack of knowledge or patience. He sold me the right product, taught me how to use, helped me with a back up plan, and gave me safety advice (I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me). I intended to send him flowers or a thank you note but I have since forgotten his name (it's been 2 months). This was one of the worst nights I've had in recent memory and this gentleman really changed things around for me. If I lived anywhere nearby, I'd go only to this store and nowhere else.

O'Reilly's is the best! I've never had a bad shopping experience at any of their locations I've been to. Great prices, fast service, free check engine light code reads, loaner tools and great service by employees. They offer several options on most items in regards to quality and price. I highly recommend them for your auto parts needs.
