It was snowing and below 0 and I had went to AutoZone to get a new battery not only did they not help me but they had a horrible attitude and no one would jump my car. So I finally got my car started and came to this O’Reillys and I got the best service from the younger gentleman in the front. He gave me the tools to take my battery out and did as much as he could. I am so appreciative! I will always come here first for any car parts! Thank you guys!

The guys that work late evening don’t want to help. Jacob was pretty rude and had a racist behavior. When you have a customer in store, you want talk to a guy sitting at home for 20 minutes on the phone, letting him know about all the Porsche parts available in the store. Will never go back here.

I just want to applaud the staff working yesterday morning on GREAT customer service. I believe it was the assistant manager and a manager helping us to get our mustang parts while we were on travel. We had to do the repair in the parking lot, which was already frustrating. Right away they offered help with tools from their cart and a caliper tool. I don't think you guys knew how much it meant to us but thank you for taking care of us in such a caring manner. 10/10

Shoutout to NOEL, he literally was a life saver the last 15 minutes of the store being open. I needed a new car battery. He swap that thing out with ease and I was fully service in about 25-30. Thank you for that extra time you spent replacing my car battery! THANK YOU!

Horrible customer service after I read the prices to him after I got referral he said correct and just hung up on me. I have no clue what’s wrong with people nowadays just being so rude they have to work and provide. Go out and ask for handouts on the corner if you that mad.
