O'Reilly Auto Parts at 2540 E Avenue S is truly a gem in the community! Every time I visit, the staff consistently go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Most recently, I needed help replacing my wiper blades, and the team didn’t hesitate to assist. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, but they approached the task with such cheerfulness that it turned what could have been a stressful situation into a genuinely pleasant experience. Their expertise and willingness to help—even at no additional cost—speak volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. The store is always well-organized and stocked with everything you could possibly need for your vehicle. What sets this location apart, though, is the friendly and helpful demeanor of the employees. They make you feel valued as a customer and are always eager to ensure you leave with exactly what you need. Whether it’s answering questions, finding the right parts, or providing hands-on assistance like they did for me, O'Reilly Auto Parts on Avenue S consistently delivers five-star service. I can’t recommend them enough!

This store on Ave.S and 25th East. Is NOT being run by professionals! There were 6 employees total, all behind the counter chatting away 5 males and 1 female conversations about a fatality that happened days before. They were not paying attention to the customers coming in nor acknowledging if we needed help with anything. I stood there waiting to see if they would look over where I was.! I waisted 50 minutes in the store without any help from no one.. I even was looking to see a manager or something. Very disappointed ☹️.. not coming back here!!!!!

Had my battery, alternator and starter checked. This is my go too the staff is always helpful ... its great to have them in the neighborhood ! Great Team !!

Went into O’Reillys earlier and was talking to employee and they said that I could bring in my receipt and return an item for cash. I was skeptical because the receipt is from 2017 (currently 2024) and the original purchase was made with a debit card that has expired since the original purchase. But no he reassured me that all I needed was the original receipt and the item and I could return for cash. I returned the same day, maybe 3-4 hours later and tried to return the item with no luck just as i had assumed. They wanted/ needed the original form of payment.

Un like some of other auto part stores O’Reillys have 3 or 4 cashiers ready to take your order or pick up. unlike the others that only have one person.
