Fantastic service. My battery had just died in the Nicolet National Forest and fortunately someone had driven by in an ATV and gave me a jump. Second time I needed a jump in 3 days. I had a 2.5-hour drive ahead of me to get back to my cabin. O'Reilly's was the first auto parts store I came to on my way back. After testing my truck to make sure the problem wasn't the alternator, Bobby gave me 3 battery options to choose from and then he installed my selection. This was all done the afternoon of Halloween which had its typical weather of drizzle and cold! I left there with complete confidence that I chose the right place and person to get me straight. I will also be going right back to O'Reilly's to get a battery for my spouses' car.

Outstanding service! I went into O'Reilly Auto Parts in Eagle River on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. My dad's car battery unexpectedly and suddenly died in a local parking lot. Not only did the staff help me pick out a battery for him, Austin offered to meet us at the vehicle to install the battery. He had the battery installed and my dad back on the road incredibly quickly. Can't say "thank you" enough -- way above and beyond expectations.

They up charge you. First off I would like to mention I should’ve acted a little smarter about this because I should know better. I came in to buy a $17 replacement reflector. I asked the guy if they had it and they said he would get it shipped. He told me shipping was $12 so in my head I thought the total would come out to around $30. Instead he doubled the price of the part I’m not sure if it’s the chain itself or what but he whispered that he was gonna change something real quick. The total came out to $50-something dollars(I’m not looking at the receipt atm I’ll share picture) with the part being $30-something and the shipping being $12. I stupidly paid the $50 just still confused on why it’s so much more. I went back and requested a refund immediately after and he told me that even though I just ordered it I can’t return it because of the shipping even though the order was placed not even 3 minutes before I came back in. Usually I have good experience with these guys but it’s gone downhill if they’re willing to overcharge on something as small as a light. Don’t waste you’re time here there’s many better options in Eagle River if you need parts immedeatley or just get them online as the shipping and tax will be cheaper than wasting your gas money to drive here

I am so impressed with o’reilly in Eagle River. My son gave me wiper blades for Christmas which we had no idea how to install. Bobby came out and in less than 10 seconds had them installed. Fantastic service and we have many choices, but will definitely come back. Bobby is very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I went in there for my 1st time and the guy working, Nathan was more than helpful! Instead of pointing out what I needed he actually walked me to the area I was looking for. He went out of his way and even explained about the rewards program offered. They offer you a $10 gift card for 1st time people who register. I never knew about that or I would have been going there for a long time!! Everyone should go there, GREAT service and rewards for stuff you need to buy anyway!!
