Awesome staff and amazing service!! Blaze was so helpful...he went out of his way to teach me how to change my blades and was incredibly nice. I walked in feeling like an idiot and left feeling like I ran into an old friend.

Customer service was fair. However the place smell like cigarette smoke. Seemed the more you go towards the shop area the worse it smelled. Please use your Air fresheners that you sell in the building.

Only like 2 people who actually do thier job...rest sit around on thier phones and always getting wrong parts...gave 4 star only because I know who to deal with and what times. Kiss weekends goodbye there

Called Wednesday evening for some parking brake shoes and hardware kit, I was told they had the shoes and hardware kit in stock and they would set them aside for me to pickup on Thursday because I wouldn't get there before they closed. I drove an hour to pick them up only to be told they do not have them in stock, parts would have to be ordered. This has happened more than once to me at this store. I think it's time I start shopping someplace other than O'Reilly's
