Was having truck issues at the kwik trip and these guys went way out of their way to help me any way they could to get me back on the road. Can't thank them enough.

Jimmy was a great help with fixing our flat tire on the rv. It had a bad valve stem that was leaking. We got the tire off and he ran over the tire with his personal classic Chevy to break the bead. Then helped us install a new valve stem and pump it up.

Ordered parts and was told I had to pay for shipping on one out of two calipers. I explained that’s fine but when would I get them….. he explained no later than Saturday. According to their manifest it’s there but it’s not. So due to this mistake of many which have occurred over the years we won’t be able to have our work truck up and will lose out on a 2,000.00 job. This is crazy! Asked them to have manager call me and gave them my cell and no call either.

Guy behind the counter had no clue how to do a battery core return. Kept blaming coworking for not doing it in the first place then said I could only get a gift card. I had to Insist on having the money put back on the credit card I purchased the battery with. This was especially disappointing because I have made purchases at O'Reilly's around the country and have always enjoyed outstanding service.

Great staff new store and fully stocked shelves. They don't have it they'll get it. The order arrived in a few days.
