O'Reilly Auto Parts

On Saturday February 8th I had to go into this O'Reilly's because one of my wiper blades fell off in the middle of a snowstorm. I literally had to drive to O'Reilly's with no wipers in a snowstorm. The guy that held me Fred was extremely understanding and professional. He even came out and put the wipers on for me because I had to be somewhere and was already running late. Fred showed exceptional leadership skills. I will come back there just because of this interaction.

First I want to say that most of the employees there are great and care about what they are doing. Andrea the store manager has forgot my order several times. He should get demoted. Stop wasting people's time and do your job.

Came here after advanced Auto refused to test or change our battery during a drizzle. Staff was all friendly and happy to help. Not pushy on sales, so we went ahead and did new wipers at the same time. Thanks for helping us get our car running so we could go on our anniversary trip!

This store is the absolute worst!! I had a couple of items that I needed to return that was bought from the Ann Arbor location and decided to bring it here because it was closer to home. 1st the associate was about to skip me in the line stating that the gentlemen was first, which was not true. And when I asserted I was in fact next the associate seemed as though it was an issue. Next I had purchased a battery charger that I didn't know at the time needed to be charged for 30hrs before it could be used per the instructions. The associate would not allow me to return the item stating it had been opened. Of course it had been opened the instructions are located inside the box. He then through his hands up and said he needed the managers approval. The manager was even worse. He called me a liar and stated that I used the item and then refused to give me the district managers information. He also asked why would I open the box if not to use the item and I stated that's where the instructions were. I felt extremely disrespected and racially profiled. I was the only black person and woman in the store and was treated like a thief and a liar. The manager after refunding me my money stated that I am no longer welcomed in the store. I did let him know that I will be contacting corporate about their rude and disrespectful customer service.
