I officially present O’Reilly employee Max with a Superman attitude award. Max helped me find what I needed, then when my bike wouldn’t start he let me the tools and the jumper to get it started again. He did all this with a smile and an eager to help attitude. Thanks Maxx! And thanks O’Reilly for employing quality folks like Maxx.

The manager Antonio, he is not helping. I had a jump starter but it did not work at all. When I came back to return it and I told him it does not work even I charged. He said with very bad and rude attitude we don’t return it. And even he saw it it was not used at all and completely brand new on box. This is absolutely crazy. I would give this store zero star if I had that option. So mean so rude and bad service.

After a fender bender, I stopped at O’Reilly to ask about autobody work. Antonio from O’Reilly auto parts was very kind to help me find the right guy late on a Saturday. Though I wasn’t a paying customer, so to speak, Antonio took the time to help and assist. Thank you, Antonio! You are a kind, knowledgeable guy. I will return to O’Reilly for future automotive needs because of you. Highly recommend!

The folks at the O'Reilly by me are as knowledgeable as they are patient, especially with a guy like me who comes in thinking he knows what's going on with his car (hysterical). The prices are as good as anything auto related is these days. And they are always willing to come out and tell you why the Check Engine light is on, no charge.
