Phenomenal customer service at this location!! I'm having issues with the tranny and noticed a noose coming from the engine. The Employee "Daniel" took his time to explaining detail regarding all the the symptoms and issues I conveyed to him. Super professional and courteous!! I just want to give a huge shoutout to Chris at O’Reilly Auto Parts. Honestly, he’s the reason I keep coming back to this location. Every time I go in, Chris is on top of things—friendly, super knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. It’s clear he’s incredibly dedicated to his job and to making sure customers leave happy and with exactly what they need. Chris doesn’t just hand you a part and send you on your way. He takes the time to really listen and ask questions, making sure you’re getting the right items for the job. Even if I’m not 100% sure what I’m looking for, he’s got this calm way of explaining things that makes it all so much easier to understand. And it’s not just the basics—he’s like a walking encyclopedia when it comes to car parts and repairs. I can tell he really knows his stuff, and he genuinely cares about helping people find the best solution. It’s clear that Chris puts a ton of pride into what he does, and that makes a big difference. I’ve seen him handle busy days like a pro, never missing a beat, always making each person feel like they’re his top priority. I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts looking for touch up paint for my vehicle. One of the sales associate was very courteous. He went outside to my vehicle to match the color of the touch up paint stick with the color of my vehicle. That was great customer service.

Came to get my battery replaced. I was helped by Andrew. He helped me pick the best battery and helped install it as well. He was very helpful and kind. I really appreciated his help. I would definitely recommend this place and come again if I need to.

Don't waste your time. Waited 45 minutes to pick up an online order. Left empty handed because they wanted to charge me a second time for my order I paid for online.
