I really appreciate their staff: Robert, Ginger, Krysten (?), Cody, etc... I went in to purchase oil and Robert informed me that my car required a specific type of oil not available at their store. He referred me to the a particular website. That level of customer service and honesty is important to me.

Not the best at customer service here. When shopping for a headlight bulb I was directed to the section but as a female I needed some help which was ignored. I tried my best to find what would work but left and went to Auro Zone on Sycamore Dt that has top notch customer service! Walked me to the section and showed me what I needed and went to the register and took my payment. Quick easy and painless.

Clean store, helpful staff, and stocked with what I usually need. If I needed to order something, they have received it in a day if it’s available in their local warehouse. Not as much stock choice of low amp circuit breakers as I needed, but were able to get it for me quickly. Always have decent sales on chemicals and cleaners.

Worst customer service from an employee named Alexander for the second time. First visit he decided to tell me where he thought I should and shouldn't park even though I was in a legal parking spot. Guess they are parking inforcement as well. Second visit, I had to return a default switch and didn't say a word just gave me dirty looks. This employee now made my decision on never going back to this store even though it's the closest to my house. Not worth the headache. He most certainly needs customer service training.

Great customer service from andrew polite and very helpful Needed my battery to be switched out... I had went to pep boys, napa, auto zone and no help. I'm a female I don't know switch out a car battery. Went to o Reilly's.. and Andrew Was a life saver! Definitely recommended!
