Placed an order on Monday for pickup at this location and received email notification at 1:26pm Tuesday the item is ready for pick up. Saturday morning I call in at 9:58 gave my name that my spouse was going to head in to get the item if that was allowed. The associate that picked up the call verified as long as he has the receipt to pick up that would be okay. My husband arrives at 10:27 and the associate says the item was picked up…. Overall completely incompetent location. When my husband asked when was the item picked up and by who? Supposedly at 1:21 Tuesday before I even got the notification as a customer … somebody randomly came in to pick up. Pretty sure this is impossible and theft is involved. The store manager was unapologetic and dismissive and incredibly unhelpful, the standard associate atleast gave some type of empathy for the confusion. Although the store manager was the one to close out the order. In the store pickup requirement I.D needs to be presented. This was my go to location because prior everyone seemed helpful but moving forward I won’t come here.

I have No Words. I asked for a Product. He showed me 1 item. Said that was All they had. I continued to look thru Merchandise, and found 2 Items that could be used. Another young man came over and I asked if he knew how it worked. He said No. I asked if I could take it out to the Car and try it, he said No, I could Return it if it didn’t work. I asked if he could help me and he said, No. this is Terrible. The Customer before me left Very Dis-Satisfied!! Really Bad. The 3 of them Stand Around Talking, while Customers wait! I will never go back!!

I walked in to ask for the scanner guy was so rude said it’s a waste of time he is not about to do it there is no problem but there was and thanks to auto zone I was able to diagnose the issue the guy behind the front desk was rude judgmental and I feel disrespected judged the car by just looking at it

I ordered a part from this location at Thursday evening. I was told it will be delivered to the store on Friday by 5:00pm. I called Friday at 3:00 pm to check on the delivery, and again told it would be in at 5:00pm. I arrived at the store at 5:20 pm Friday and was told that the part was not delivered. I was given NO reason and was told it "should" be delivered Saturday by 10:00am. The manager could not seem to care less than the part that was promised to be delivered and never showed up. I then asked the manager to call me as soon as it was delivered. I was never called, it is now Monday and still no phone call from this location. Good news is I found a much better store that had the part on the shelf for the exact same price.

To the latest review before mine// Are you mentally challenged? You’re car is hot, ain’t nobody gonna be risking getting burnt by loosening the coolant cap.. Use your head what are you gonna pay for they’re medical attention once they burn themselves for you not able to pour some coolant in a Tank? Grow up. Find God Skeet.
