O'Reilly Auto Parts

This was my first visit to O’Reilly Auto Parts in San Clemente, and from the start, the staff was incredibly welcoming. They greeted us warmly and immediately asked how they could assist. We mentioned we were there to replace headlights for both high and low beams. Jon, one of the employees, went above and beyond—he not only helped us find the right bulbs but also installed them for free! Kudos to this store for having such amazing and helpful staff. Truly impressed! Five stars from us to Jon!

I could not recommend this store more. This was my first time going to O’Reilly Auto Parts. Previously I had just gone to Walmart to get basic auto parts but came here after a friend recommended it since they can check your car code for free. My car had its check engine light on so I wanted to see what’s wrong. The first reader wasn’t working, but instead of just turning me away, Timothy, one of the workers, tried different readers until they were able to get one to work. Once we figured out what the code was I was about to drive away but my car kept shutting off. Timothy helped me pop the hood and diagnose what was going on. He got me the tools and showed me how to replace all the spark plugs and filter in the vehicle. We also replaced the steering fluid and coolant. After that. I turned the car back on and the check engine went off and car worked perfectly. I saved hundreds of dollars going here and getting the right parts and assistance from the helpful staff than I would’ve if I went to a mechanic. Thank you Timothy, the other great workers there, and San Clemente O’Reilly for making a great establishment. You have gained a loyal customer and will definitely be coming here for all my auto needs!

Great store with knowledgeable staff. They will help you get the job done. The person that was helping me was Conner and he was super helpful. I don't think I would have been able to get the job done without him. Will definitely be coming back to this store for all my car needs in the future.

I went in looking for a 25MM socket for the lug nuts on my car. They had the product in stock and good availability of other products. Parking is a little rough depending on time of day as it’s a small lot.
