The workers there are super friendly and nice. Recently had to buy a part for my Jeep but in the end didn't even need it. When I went to return it, the process was so simple and quick. I don't even know why I was worried. She just checked it and was like you're good to go. I always get worried that some places don't take returns. They were also so helpful in helping me find the parts I did need.

5 stars because Michele is the definition of customer service. We went in tonight looking to do a battery replacement through warranty, but had some trouble locating the purchase in their POS. We ended up leaving with the intention of coming back the following day to speak with a manager, but Michele ended up calling us that same night to tell us that she found the transaction and we could do the battery replacement that same night. We went back and Michele had us in and out in less than five minutes with a new battery replaced via warranty. Thank you, Michele! O'Reilly, this woman needs a promotion her customer service is top notch.

I didn't catch her name but she had purplish/reddish dyed hair. She was extremely helpful with replacing my lights in our Jetta Volkswagen today. And the rest of the staff was very helpful as well. I truly appreciated their time! Wonderful service. Highly recommend this location!

Nice store, finally a close auto parts store with helpful staff. One issue, why do they park the shop trucks in front of the store? It’s a small cramped little parking lot and instead of having upfront parking for the customers they’ve always got these trucks taking up half the parking right in front. As a business owner I always have my guys park away from the business so it’s as easy as possible for the customer. Just something that bugged me.
