The manager at this location was super rude. I dropped my rotor off to get it turned and he said it wouldn’t be ready till five? It takes 20 minutes to turn a rotor. I dropped it off at 9 o’clock. I went back in because I couldn’t wait that long and he won’t give me my rotor back because he said he “mounted it” already. I literally walked outside and walked back in. He was super rude and unprofessional. I’m a manager and that’s not how you treat customers. I really don’t even want them to touch my car parts. He needs retraining in customer service, he needs to get his attitude checked or find a different career

Was recently at this location to exchange a brake caliper. The “manager” (come to find out he wasn’t the manager) (he lied about that) was very rude and disrespectful to me in front of my kids. Told me if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else. Very very unprofessional. I will not go to this store as long as this guy is working there. I’d like to give the store manager his name if available.

Today I went in to buy a cabin air filter and a blower motor. Clerk at the desk was a gentleman named MacKenzie. He went above and beyond explaining how to install the part. He made me feel confident. I'll definitely be coming back to this location.
