I have an older vehicle which didn't pass smog. I reached out to Carlos & Irma last minute for help. They had me come in & ran a test on the car. Without me telling them anything, they came up with the exact same issues smog place cited. They called quite a few places looking for the necessary part. Unfortunately, most places did not have have it & one even advised it had been discontinued! Irma advised me of all of my options, including discussing with dmv. I'm in the process of doing that now. My review deals more with the level of personalized customer service i rcvd from both Irma & Carlos. Their labor rates would have been very competitive, perhaps even a bit better than other shops. I'm certain I would have had them do the repair work if the part had been available

Went in today (7/13/24) to get my brake pads changed. They staff was incredibly knowledgeable, very helpful, clear and professional communicators. They were super courteous, even helped drive me to Autozone to swap out rear rotors for the correct ones when we found out I had accidentally bought vented instead of solid rear rotors. Once we had the right rotors the work was quick and efficient - their waiting room was comfortable, had coffee, tea, and water available. The staff was checking in on me often to see if I needed anything and genuinely cared that I was having a pleasant experience. Overall everyone there were I credibly friendly, affordable, professional, and efficient high quality workers. I will absolutely be coming back for any car service I need in the future. 10/10 experience

Muffler was dragging. Went to two shops before this that just tightened a few bolts and wouldn’t understand that my exhaust will still drag regardless and needed a new muffler hanger. Finally came to this shop and Juan helped me out, he even added a few other adjustments to make sure it won’t move. Drove it around and muffler doesn’t drag anymore! Super happy with the outcome! Thank you very much, Juan!

Went this morning for rear brakes repairs and it was quick. The prices were very affordable and awesome techs for being considerate to show me my tires needed alignment. They didn’t try to sell anything. Will definitely recommend them and keep coming back. They also have self serving coffee and water.

Went in there to do a muffler delete on a dodge charger sxt 2019 but, Juan told me it wouldn’t sound the very best and just straight up asked me what is the end goal for your car.I told him I didn’t want it to sound bad like a like a trumpet and I also didn’t want to be crazy loud for a lot of attention. I just want a better flow for my intake and a good idling sound. He took a minute took me under my car said look this is what I would if it was mine. I would give you a true dual exhaust 2 smaller mufflers and new pipes as well. Thought it over and he gave me a price and it was off to work. The shop is really clean they know what they are doing the prices are fair as well. Juan and Carlos both worked on my car as well. definitely recommend both of these gentlemen. I’ve been loving the sound of it. my car now has backfire and a nice pop when downshifting makes me feel like a kid each time I am in it now. it’s to much fun thank y’all and hope it helps with my experience!
