Offroad unlimited did a great job on my truck! I got a new lift kit with Belistin shocks, tires, rims and new retractable steps. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none! Morris is great with helping, he is very knowledgeable and their shop has a vast selection of products to help get the look you want. Worst customer service ever! I called asking if they work on a specific vehicle and the guy responds with "what are you trying to do" I then explain what I'm trying to do then he interrupts me with "hold on buddy" puts me on hold. He then picks up the phone again with "what you got?" in an annoyed tone. He must hate his job or something. People these days don't know how to talk properly. He should say "sorry how can I help you?". Our time as customers is important too. The way a business treats a customer is the way they treat your car in my book. No way will I bring my vehicle there. 10/17/24 Occurred approximately 1:15-1:20pm

The guys at offroad unlimited , cesaer , lupe, desi and maurice. Are the best crew to do any work on youre truck , they answer all questions and keep you imformed about everything. I will for sure be telling all my friends about off road unlimited. They are the kind company to work on youre truck. Thanks to all the guys there.
