I grew up in San Diego County. San Diegans are always generous. I was on the road coming back home and needed to change out my ball and hitch with a sway bar version. I called ahead 2 hours prior and told them I was coming. When I arrived, the staff took my old ball and hitch and put it on my new sway bar. The mechanics marked the nuts and bolts with ink as a professional would. Highly recommended shop and knowledgeable staff. They also carry amazing aftermarket steel custom bumpers for Land Cruisers.

I had a very professional experience at this ORW location. I had used them in the past for a leveling kit install on our Jeep. They had the best prices for the service and parts that I was able to compare and contrast with other stores. This time around I went back for another lift kit possibility and some additional steering components. The mechanic/tech, Blake was extremely helpful. He answered many questions I had and also provided helpful insight into options that are available to me for my Jeep. As Jeep owners are aware, the options for Jeep upgrades seem nearly limitless, therefore it was very important to have his expertise and insight. Overall a great experience. I will be back.

Worst customer service, had my lift done through them had to take it back less than two months later , Once I arrived, they said they were super busy to wait And they will call me when it’s my turn, waiting for more than an hour. Never got a call back.. decided to give them another chance . Called & they had me on hold for more than 20 minutes when they finally answered they Said they had to look through my information and give me a call back and never heard from them. Plus, labor is super overpriced. Save your money take it somewhere else.

I went big and got icon front and rear suspension, rough country front and rear bumpers, a grill light bar, air compressor, and an accessory controller in the cab. With all these things, I was nervous how it would be installed and how well it would all fit together. After an initial product misunderstanding, Mo, the manager, listened to exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it installed. The shop tech Blake went through the whole install when it was done and showed me exactly how everything worked and how they installed it. Wiring was exceptional, everything was installed very clean, and it all fit together perfectly. I am going in soon for a suspension re torque, and do have a bit of a squeek in 1 of the control arms, but I am confident they will sort it out. Great work.
