Oil Changers & Car Wash

Never do they pressure me to add services. They are always professional and get me out quickly. I feel my car is in good hands. Today, Josiah gave me great service!

Unfortunately I went in today to get my oil changed before heading out to LA with my kids. After driving home, loading my car, literally 3 miles later my check engine light came on. My car has always been in good shape. Took it back to oil changers to make sure nothing was loose. They ran a diagnostic and it came back with code "p0171 and p0174 system to lean" and the tech said he didn't know what it meant. We sent the info to our mechanic and he said that a hose must've been disconnected while the oil change was done. The oil changers employee cleared the check engine light. But 3 miles later the check engine light came back on. So I took it to our mechanic and he said that they broke a part from the vacumm of the air filter causing air to flow out. Our mechanic stated that this happend due to pulling with out caution on the air filter.costing us $500 to fix the issue and delaying our family trip. I've called the 8000 number and waiting for a response to this.

The staffs at Oul Changer@ El Camino Real are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely care about providing top-notch service. Specially Corey , whom took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The oil change itself was incredibly fast and thorough.( even though The wait was long due to a long lines of cars )) - They used high-quality products and ensured that my vehicle was in tip-top shape before I left. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail—checking other fluids, tire pressure, and even cleaning my windshield at no extra charge.The pricing at this location is also very reasonable, and they offer various discounts and promotions, I will definitely be returning for all my future oil change needs and highly recommend this location .

Jamal and team are awesome! They provided super fast, efficient service. I got an oil change, new filter, replenished fluids, pumped up tires, and a car wash all in ONE stop. The convenience is so worth the price!

What a great experience! It's a drive through for oil change. I brought my own oil and filter. While there was a bit of a wait (approximately 30 minutes) at 6pm, the staff is very courteous and friendly. The actual oil change only took less than 15 minutes. They even checked lights, tire pressure, water levels, etc. And they were very nice in providing me with a free car wash code for the longer wait. Prices are better than many other places I called. I'll go here again and recommend this place.
