Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change

These guys are awesome! Customer service that is well above the rest while still remaining natural and sincere. Really shows that they care. My son had been working on my old jeep, and has forgot to re secure the front grill. I came off in the car wash. They found it and chalked us before we even knew it was gone! It's a little scratched up but in one piece. I'll never go to another shop again. Customer for life!

Always great service. Great staff. I feel safe with the service and the recommendations. I have an old Corolla that I’m gonna get to 400,000 miles and oil stops. Going to help me do that. Free car wash. Even a cold drink or coffee while you have your service done.

The whole crew at the Grants Pass OR location were so respectful, over the top polite and one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They were respectful to each other and told each other how great they each are. They were fast and draped my car and respected my property as if it was their own. They were clean and appropriately dressed with name badges though they told us their names as they approached the car. I work in sales the last 30 years and this team of folks has it down. Great job guys and gals. You are doing it right! It brought joy to my heart to see a group that were enjoying what is a dirty job in what can be hot and cold and not the best working conditions.

Having very little time to spare when driving 32 miles into civilization, I needed a Quick Oil Change. Having called first to ask if they could fit me in. When I arrived, they not only directed me right into a work bay but offered me and my family coffee, water, or complimentary soda while we waited. We walked our dog and made a phone call. The next thing I knew was, they said we were ready to go and gave me a coupon for a Free car wash too! The service was great, they were fast and I'll be back again for my next oil change!

Great guys that work there! They are very efficient without being pushy. I told them my concerns and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with their fix. I drove away from there feeling extremely calm about everything they did. My truck is running great thanks to them! I will definitely be telling everyone I know to go in, because good mechanics are so hard to find.

Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. The car wash guys were awesome even though my magnet flew off my car and they had to go look for it. Oil change there the next day. Same quality service very cheerful professional employees. I am very impressed.

Went in for an oil change & radiator flush. Only had 1K miles put on since the last change, so I just went with the flush. Quick and efficient, Zach had me drive around and return to check the level. Been going there since they opened. They make recommendations and sometimes I accept if the change is due however never feel pressured. I do recommend and appreciate their service.

Fantastic, courteous service! Look, oil is oil, so it’s all about service and convenience. This place excels on both counts. Big shout out to Lenny and his team! Added bonus, car wash! I use my SUV for fishing, so lots of river trips. It’s the cleanest it’s been in months!
