Recently moved back to Ojai. Had a few on-going issues with my 2016 Cadillac Escalade and took it in to Ojai Imports for a full service and diagnostic. Carlos was my service advisor. The team diagnosed my issues quickly, one of which had gone on for years and the Cadillac dealerships could never actually figure out much less fix. They gave me a quote and an estimated time to complete a fairly extensive list repairs. I approved these repairs and they were completed as per the cost and completion timeframe estimates. Carlos followed up as promised. I drove the car home and felt an immediate improvement and the loud noises that persisted for years were all gone!! Want to thank the team at Ojai Imports! I took a chance by having $9,000+ in repairs done by a ‘Small town shop’ but it really paid off and I would recommend them to anyone. In addition, real GM parts were used and they stand behind their repairs with a multiple year warranty. Great experience with nice, knowledgeable, straight forward and honorable people. Outstanding!!!

My coolant light came on in my vehicle. I drove to the local auto part store in Ojai. The counter clerk informed me that they do not carry coolant for my vehicle. I drove over to Ojai Valley imports, and Ryan greeted me with a smile and assured me that he would top off my coolant level. My stress level instantly dropped. Thank you for your kindness and help Ryan.
