This is not my first visit to this establishment and the fact that it's not my first visit is a testimony to the incredible work, expertise and customer service that as experienced every time I visit. Fabian and Dave are both knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They explain the issue s nd show you then faulty part that needs to be replaced. They go above and beyond as Fabian demonstrated that today. I have recommended family and friends and they have come away satisfied. Those off you who submitted unfavorable reviews because a negative experience, they deserve another chance. They make things right. Drive by their establishment on any given day, and you'll see a line of cars and trucks waiting to be serviced. They are thorough and reasonable and my go to mechanics.

I'm gonna try to do this without gushing but it might be hard. Under warranty my engine failed last year. Carmax was too busy so they sent me here. After the super smooth replacement they are now my go to for oil changes and everything. They are not just a pro shop for carmax but also for EVERY major insurance company. I'm not a car dude but if BILLION dollar companies trust them I do the same. I went in this week for am oil change and because my car was running hot. They did the change and added coolant with no charge. No speeches about what I'm doing wrong, just no extra charge and a reminder to check my fluids, especially in the heat. I wish 6 stars was an option because David and his crew are worth it!!!!

Hands down best place in Bakersfield. Just moved here and I found this place. Most honest owners I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Mechanic work is fast n dependable. I don't go to the dealership anymore. This is my new spot to get my cars fixed n serviced.

I was having a horrible exhaust smell and I could hear some popping when I turned off the car. The smell was so bad I had to leave my garage door open after I turned off the car to air out. I was referred here under my warranty and had no idea what to expect. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Offered coffee and a warm comfortable place to sit while they took care of my car. Fabian was incredible at not only making me comfortable but also his communication and ability to help me understand the current situation with my car. Being I am not super mechanical inclined he explained it to me in a way I was able to understand. He provided me my options and what was the best overall solution. He contacted the warranty place and got everything approved. Gave me my time frame and even gave me a ride so I could get something to eat while I was waiting. The customer service from the owner to the office staff to the mechanics was above beyond. I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. My car is all set and I could not be happier. Service like this guarantees me as a long time customer.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all They get mad for calling them out on some real Stuff some of them don’t even know what the heck is going on and make up lies to cover themselves very Unprofessional . The only thing that I liked when I walked up to the place that it was going to be the last time that I was going to be there waste of time and money .
