If you like paying $500 for a simple power window master switch replacement (parts/labor) then this is your place. As a (now) former duped customer please be sure to google the average cost of any repair before having them do any work. And to think, I’d been here multiple times in the past with decent work performed at a slightly higher price point than others in the region. But, $500 for a master switch is completely taking advantage of a person. The dealership would have been a cheaper alternative.

Our truck had a major coolant leak leading to a break down on our way home (out of state). We called the local dealer who said we'd have to wait a week for an appointment. When we told One Stop our situation they did everything they could to find the required part and stayed late to complete the repairs. We got the impression that everyone there really wanted to help us out, and the pricing was very reasonable. This would be my new mechanic if they were in my home town.

Fantastic repair shop. Honest, Fair pricing, quality workmanship, and great customer service. They've done all my vehicle servicing and repairs since they were located on esplanade. I even have them do my oil and filter changes, a little more but worth every penny. I you need a automotive repair look no further than One Stop. 5+++ Stars.

Brought my 2013 Ford Focus into this shop today having issues with the car not wanting to start all of the time. The owner went above and beyond to take the time to help me figure out what was going on and I am so appreciative! Thank you for your help today and for not taking advantage of my situation like others did! Will be back for future repairs for sure! Thank you

They were so kind and helpful! Found out about them from a coupon book that came in the mail and I’m so glad I did. Had a horrible high pitched squeal coming from my car and could not figure out what was causing it. Went in thinking it would need a belt replaced, but they ended up just fixing the belt because it was loose and did it free of charge. Will always come here from now on. I’m so grateful for this shop!
