From the start, Jamie was personable, knowledgeable, and willing to help. The communication and expectations were clear and they delivered every step of the way. The tow process was quick and professional even maneuvering a steep slick hill. At the shop, they were able to diagnose and rectify the problem all within a timely manner on one of their busiest and coldest days of the year. We were impressed every step of the way and I would use them again for any towing or auto repair needs - top marks!

My truck broke down on a logging road in Tripoli. The owner of the company was extremely communicative and prompt. This all happened on the weekend. He made fast arrangements to tow my truck to my mechanic 200 miles away. The owner and his wife were kind enough to give me a ride as well. This company is a true gem for the north woods. I highly recommend them when you need a reliable transport!

Our car broke down on a Saturday morning, five hours from home. Sam came in on his day off (with his wife) to tow the car, diagnose the issue, drove to the next town over to get a part, and then fixed it. They were the highlight of a terrible day and kept us from having to spend a weekend out of town. Hopefully we won’t break down in Rhinelander again, but if we do, this is where we will take the car.

I cannot say enough about this place and how well they took care of us. We were on vacation staying in Tomahawk, not only did they drive all the way out and get us. They dropped us off at a hotel and even came back later and dropped off a few items we had left behind in the vehicle. The repair was done in a timely manner for an affordable cost. When the vehicle was done they also dropped it off for us at the hotel and had a mobile app to make easy payment onsite. It wasn’t the best way to end our vacation but the way that they treated us and took care of the situation was very amazing! Highly recommend them, good people! Good work! Thanks again!!
