I ordered the 13k winch from OpenRoad4wd back in August. The product came in and I got it mounted up. While using it, the cable got in a bad angle and busted part of the winch and the hook caught the box on the controls and cracked it. I reached out to customer service and they took days to respond and kept giving excuses as to why it was taking so long. Also after finally responding they only offered me $50 off a new one and I’ve only had it for one month. Horrible customer service. Truly disappointed in how their product held up and how they went about it. Won’t be buying from them ever again.

Bought a winch that was suppose to come with 2 remotes. Tried contacting them and they ghosted me. Emails and through their contact form. 2 months now and still waiting. Having to dispute it through the cc now and maybe just maybe they will contact me. Not going to hold my breath though. They are a bunch of scammers.
