Worst mechanic service ever I came across with. Went to get the air leak fixed and asked them to change the leaky valve. They put a wrong valve, and it didn't fix the problem. They further went on changing the Quick Release Valve that wasn't even faulty to start with.The problem was still not fixed. After I left the shop, I started experiencing some air leak again and improperly functioning spring brakes. When I showed it to my own mechanic, he found out that airline connections to the quick release valve were not in correct order. It damaged the Quick release valve and cost me even more money to get something fixed that was not even a problem to start with.

The guys at Open Road truck repair did a great job getting me back on the road. They sent a reliable and affordable tow truck to pull me into the shop, and then they were fair and honest on their pricing and got me repaired in a timely, quick manner. Getting me back on the road in a day. It’s nice to deal with an honest and fair shop. Really appreciate their help.

A horrible place to go to. They won’t provide you with an estimate before working on your truck and the next thing you know is they have started working on your truck without your permission. The invoice shows hours of work while you have been there the whole time knowing they have only worked about an hour on your truck. When you try to raise the issue they just want to get aggressive threatening to fight you. They rob you just like thieves. Unprofessional, disrespectful, untrustworthy they are! Don’t go here please

The worst customer service I have ever seen. These guys needs some discipline and moral the service you get is not worth it. don’t go here ever. They did and I’ll change I messed up my whole track. There was oil all over the engine cabin oil was leaking after the service drove for 250 miles, and the track shut down by itself due to not having enough oil and kind of felt like do used used oil.
