Darren was most helpful. When we thought it was a serpentine belt replacement he spoke with driver before going out- coached him thru troubleshooting to learn the compressor had froze up causing the belt to fail. Took care of everything including getting us an upgrade on parts after the dealer provided a defective one. Handled everything and stayed within estimate at the same time. We will definitely call him again when in need! B&R Reliable Transportation.

Came into OCFS with a derate on my truck. Friendly, professional, timely service. Very fair pricing on top. Can’t ask for much more than they did. Time is money and I was only down for an afternoon thanks to them. Will bring my equipment back anytime. Highly recommend.

Never responded to my email after telling me over the phone everything sounds good. Was for a simple retiming of a 1999 chevy v8 454 gas UPDATE RESPONSE: Shows how out of touch you are with working. Never quoted any price and was scheduled for service on the drive train and not cosmetics. Clueless and crushing all under criminal wages and prices

1250$ for installing the reefer door , and made his job partially. Very bad service , do not get this guys. Told me its 3 hours (210$ per hour) + 150 for parts. Dont know how they count but at the end was 1250

Darrin was a life saver !!! I called him 30 minutes before closing and explained to him that my friend RV tire exploded and that he had no idea how to replace it. The tricky part is that my friend was visiting from france and not only didn’t speak much English but I also had to be the translator between them from my house. Talk about a tricky situation. He is clearly very knowledgeable and great at his job! Not only Darrin was kind and patient, he really went out of his way to understand the problem with minimum informations. I had to relay whatever informations my friend would give me over the phone. He worked with me and drove to my friend’s RV, fixed it in no time and he even got to practice some French. I can’t recommend him enough. He went above and beyond with the most amazing attitude, and let me tell you a lot of people wouldn’t have gone about it this way. THANK YOU! you truly saved the day.
