From the initial call to the completed service Jose was kind thorough and provided great services. I called him based on the great reviews on Yelp. I sent him a list of work that needed to be done on my car that I received from another car service center. Jose gave me an estimate that was half the quote from the other car service center. I made an appointment with Jose, brought my car in only for Jose to call me and tell me I didn't need the work done that I initially came in for. The other car service center was going to scam me, unbelievable. Thank you so much Jose for your honesty. I have now found a forever car repair business with Orange Empire auto repair. The first impression was that the owner, Jose, is a friendly person. He is basically a "yes man" type, meaning he wasn’t picky about requests or scheduling. He handled the brake and suspension jobs for both my car and my wife’s quickly and accurately, and the price was very competitive. I decided to visit after reading reviews on Google and Yelp, and the experience lived up to the reviews—I was very satisfied.

Very clean and professional. Jose took care of my trucks needs with no problem and didn’t leave it greasy or with fingers prints like most other places and for a someone who takes care of his vehicle I appreciate that very much.
