I recently visited Orange Independent Auto Repair to fix an issue with my headlight assembly. The main connector had disconnected from the headlight, and I was worried it would be a complicated and expensive fix. One of the team members (don’t remember the name) was incredibly helpful and professional. He, quickly diagnosed the problem and disconnected the main headlight connector in no time. To my surprise, they didn't charge me for the short time it took to complete the repair. Their honesty and efficiency were truly impressive. I can’t say enough great things about Orange Independent Auto! I’ve been having my car serviced here for a few years now and I can confidently say this is the best shop I’ve ever been to. As a young female, it can be intimidating walking into a car shop, but here I know I’m being treated fairly and I’m never worried. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs and even showed me exactly what was wrong with my car so I could understand it better. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, reliable repair shop, I highly recommend giving them a try! They’re the best!

My daughter had to have her older Jeep Cherokee towed here the other day and I am out of state so feeling a bit helpless. We found this shop online. They not only fixed her Jeep that day, they even stayed open late for her to be able to come back that evening to pick it up. They did great work to get her Jeep back up and running at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Straight up although front end damage while in the care of Orange independent. Ruben is too busy for client care and executing quality work. As far as my vehicles go I pride on them being handled with care and great vigilance. Conversation and quality updates with picture photos are something that isn’t provided. Although I wasn’t charged. My vehicle left the shop worse off then when it arrived.
