I had my car taken to Oren’s Automotive for a headlight adjustment, but while my car was there Oren’s team followed up on a noise coming from one of my tires. Lucky for me they found it as it could have been bad news on my commutes. Oren worked with me directly and gave me timely advice without trying to sell me on any particular service. I worked with Oren’s Automotive to get new tires and they were very responsive, timely and worked with integrity. I had a couple small hiccups following the tires and, again, they worked quickly to resolve my issues (even though it was a holiday week). I highly recommend their shop and will go back should another issue arise.

Oren’s continues to give excellent service and they are always friendly. I took my car in because it was running rough and the check engine light was on. They tightened some wires and didn’t charge me at all!!! My car’s running like a charm! Thanks Oren’s

Due to reviews, called to ask for a quote for fixing a specific problem and have the exact code being thrown and it needs a specific replacement. Instead of being given a quote I was told I needed to bring in for diagnostic. That’s a red flag for anyone. While you may want to diagnose for additional charge, when someone asks for a quote for a known issue, you should provide the quote. It’s a quote, let the person know that the shop will need to diagnose prior to replacing etc if that’s shops policy. I didn’t bring my car in and won’t be due to the conversation.

I've been going to Oren's Automotive since he opened his shop. He had taken care of our cars as a manager of another shop previously. The work and service has always been excellent. Most importantly I trust him implicitly.
