Orient Express Racing

Purchased a set of fork seals and wipers and was sent the wrong product. The size wiper was clearly incorrect and was a careless mistake by their shipping department. For a company who claims to care so much about getting the correct parts sent out and requiring multiple confirmations about what machine you are ordering parts for, they sure dropped the ball. To make matters worse their return policy is ridiculous, tedious and antiquated. They want you to report incorrect products within 24 hours but will make you wait a week before they'll "approve" your return. I sent back the parts and never received a replacement, refund, or even an email. The place is run poorly and I would avoid them if you value your money and time. In the age of amazon and ebay, one would think a company would understand the expectation customers have regarding returns... especially when they're a result of the company's error.

Out of Stock items don't say out of stock and its been 2 weeks without any confirmation of mailed items. I called them to find out that the item i ordered was out of stock. Had i known that then, i would have never placed my order. Now i have no choice but to wait. Better to buy somewhere more professional.

This is a terrible business lacking the integrity ro admit fault. Ken ordered and drop shopped me a set of custom pistons with the wrong bore and Orient is refusing to take the return because they were, “custom.” Clearly the senility in this office is only exceeded by a lack of integrity in standing behind their work. Im ashamed to gave spent so much money with them in the past. The kicker is I had to order 2 sets of the custom pistons, which would have been fine, but now im stuck with 2 sets of incorrectly ordered pistons because of Orient’s incompetence. Read other reviews, this shop is a scam.

Back when I was a relatively new track rider, i was told to upgrade my suspension. I came here because it was closest to my house, and seemed legit. Very wrong. I paid for a ktech valving kit, flow adjusters, and fork extender caps for my gsxr forks. After i got them back, they were leaking, and did not have the extenders. I told them them bout it, and they took them back to fix the problems. I get them back again, and still no fork extenders + still leaking. Total jokes. Either too busy to care, bad at what they do, or unorganized. The person i was in contact with eventually stopped answering me, and I decided to cut my losses and just buy a whole new set of forks with som ohlins. I only remembered to write the review today because I finally decided to sell the garbage they gave me, and it brought up nice memories.

I ordered parts but never received them. I didn't get the money either, and you don't get an answer either! Not order.
