Great place. Bought a VW Touareg that needed a lot of work - they had it back on the road within a week. Fair estimates and great tool for helping you choose what you should get done that they may discover from diagnostics. Would go here again if I need to. Great and knowledgeable staff! Loaner was provided for the duration they had my car! They deserve every one of these five stars!

Writing this review as someone who Orion turned away as a potential job and wanted to say “Kudos!”to Orion. I called them to explain an issue I was having with my Volvo, hoping to get a second opinion. They gave me some advice over the phone, without ever having seen me or my car, which ended up being the best advice /solution for my situation- something that no one else I spoke with recommended. So Orion did not end up working on my car but in fact saved me about $3,000 on a big repair. Next time I have an issue, I will be driving straight to Orion as this service place is trust worthy.

employee seemed to be off a perc on the phone laughing when i was asking how much an oil change was for my car. i hung up the phone and they lost a customer because of an employee named ‘Mike’. Mike then called me back and claimed i was a liar. Interesting. Best of luck to this business i mean no harm just expressing my honest experience with Mike.

Very nice shop! Called them for a couple broken sway bar links and they had me in within 24 hours. Fixed them up quickly and without any issues. Price was reasonable and actually ASKED me if I wanted any more diagnostics (rather than loading me up with hard sells on other repairs). I appreciate that. I'll be recommending them for sure. Thanks!

I stopped using the local Jeep dealership after my warranties were up (and estimates were really high), thus looking for a local, dependable place. After reading their reviews I contacted them as I needed a new radiator. They responded in a timely manner. I love the email program they use sending the details of the estimate, ability to "approve it". They also communicated their findings (an animal built a nest in my engine!) via email with photos. I appreciated the great customer service, completing my service in a timely manner, and picking up a washed car (even with tire shine applied!).
