Customer service was great! This was my first experience with Orozco's Auto Service. The technical was very knowledgeable and thorough in assessing my car. I felt as though I could trust this business, so i authorized the recommended repairs. Time will tell if all is well. Other customers in the lobby spoke highly of their work. So far i am pleased with the work performed and plan to return for the additional recommended repairs.

For some time I've been searching for an independent repair shop for my 2003 MB 500 and I think I may have struck gold! My engine light came on stating that I needed to add a quart of oil. I had the oil but needed assistance. I was in Bixby Knolls, so I searched the AAA site and found Orozco's Auto Service which was less than a quarter of a mile away. What did I find? I was greeted with à smile as soon as I walked in the door. The mechanic that works on the European cars assisted me, also with a smile. In less than five minutes he was done. A clean facility, great staff, and awesome customer service! You can't get better than that. I will be back!

The services I received at Orozcos Auto was great. They provided a video to visualize the needed repairs. Nothing was left out. Saved the old parts at request. And delivered my vehicle at sceduled expected date and time.

First time visiting and was received with an amazing staff and their service level that was really top-notch. Mr. Alex a great professional gentleman received me before closing time and was really nice to take a look at my oil level and scheduled me an appointment for my bumblebee. The day of my appointment Mr. Edward introdused himself and received my keys offered ride service while my car was in the shop. Mr. Pedro the gentleman that took me to work was very professional. Had a great conversation going to my destination. On my return another gentleman, Mr. Chris also very professional on my way back felt very safe and also had a great conversation. At my return to pick up my car Mr. Alex and Mr. Edward received me and explained in detailed all my car needed to be serviced. They answered all my questions and were very honest about my oil leak. They impressed me with their knowledge of my repair and car over all. Definitely will go back and will repair my car with Orozco's Auto Service. Again, very professional and amazing Customer Service!

I came in with an issue that several Jeep dealers couldn't repair. Orozco's was not only able to repair the issue but was able to accept my extended warranty which saved me thousands of dollars in the process. I'm very happy with the service Orozco's performed. This is the only place I'm bringing my Jeep from now on.
