Orozco's Auto Service - Fullerton

This place is great! My battery light came on suddenly, and I was lucky to find this shop. Tito explained the issue with my car in full detail, making sure I could understand everything. The service was top-notch—super kind, professional, and they made me laugh. To top it all off, they gave me pizza! Best auto shop experience I've ever had. Thank you guys!

I dropped some serious money on repairs with them for the original concern to not be addressed. I had to take it to the dealer to get the car fixed correctly. This was a huge miss and it felt like Tito and the team were doing everything in their power to just upsell me without listening / addressing my original concerns. I was told one thing over the phone and when I came in to pay I had additional diagnostic fees / labor tagged on that was never discussed beforehand. I would not recommend this place for customers that need work on European cars.

My daughter & I have taken our cars here a few times . We have been very satisfied & the gentlemen that work in the front desk are the best ! From the moment we walked in they were courteous & helpful… Mark was great in all aspects & no doubt great customer service!!! We definitely will be returning for all our car’s services… thank you!

Went in to Orozco’s for an issue that another shop had caused. The situation was looked at by two different mechanics with no solution. Tito and Brian happily took on the issue in spite of hearing about the failed attempts by other people and got to work. They communicated through the entire issue and worked diligently and professionally on my problem until it was solved. I’ll be recommending this shop to anyone I know. Thanks again!!!!!!!!

Was a longtime customer here, since before Orozco took over the business. Since then the service has been terrible, starting with not topping off my fluids when getting an oil change (took it back & they apologized & corrected this) until last year when my 2001 Jeep needed a new engine. They replaced my well-maintained engine with a bad engine. They won't honor the warranty which I get different stories about: 1 year warranty or 6 months? First they say one thing, then they tell you something different. Shop manager keeps changing so you end up dealing with a different person when there's an issue. The supposed VP of this company called me, made me promises about their fixing their work but he didn't keep his word either. Last time they somehow got my jeep stuck in 4WD while fixing the oil leak in the replacement engine and they ended up leaving me with no transportation over the weekend while they figured out how to get it out of 4WD & they made damage doing it. A year after spending over $7,000 on this replacement engine the check engine light came on for the 5th time, so I had a different mechanic shop diagnose it & they're telling me that the engine is bad. Perhaps Orozco's is fine for routine maintenance on newer vehicles, but if you're someone like me trying to keep your older vehicle in running condition, go somewhere where they know what they're doing and aren't dishonest.
