My Ford Edge engine warped it's engine block and caused a head gasket repair. The car was under warranty with Carmax, but had a lead time of 30 days just to start working on it. Called the dealer authorized Orr and not only did I get the car worked on that day, but Orr took care of everything with regards to paperwork, repairs, new motor install. Awesome job Orr! Thanks

Orr Automotive is a great place to bring your car for repairs. I recently brought my vehicle to them to get my air conditioner fixed. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I had made an appointment. The day before, they sent me a reminder. While it was being serviced, they regularly communicated to me via text and I was even able to review and approve the fixes electronically. The work was done in the agreed upon time-line and amount. All in all, a pleasant experience.

I was greeted with friendly and welcoming staff. Coffee and other items were offered to me as I waited to have my vehicle serviced on a timely manner. My vehicle is running well, I am highly satisfied and happy to recommend and return to Orr Automotive for services as needed.

Iv had work done to my car here a few times, major stuff through my CarMax warranty and or automotive has always been straight forward with me worked quickly to get me back my suv and communication was great. Highly recommend them and I am repeat customer

I highly recommend this place. Efficient and excellent customer service. My windshield fluid reservoir needs to be replaced from wear and tear and I was out of there in less than an hour I believe . I give this place a 5 star because they deserved it.
