Excellent people to deal with very reliable they say what they're going to do and they do it. I purchased a nomadic for extended rooftop tent I love it. I asked about the shower enclosure. Quality at a very reasonable price. I have a u-shaped air conditioner for it and the setup is excellent for installing this on the curbside.

I ordered a tent from this company. When ordered, it said the item was back ordered but expected 12/23. 12/23 came and past so I reached out to the company in early January. At first they said the tent would now be available mid February. I asked to cancel the order. They then said the item should be in stock 1/27, so I didn't cancel the order. On 1/28, I reached back out and was told the item would be in stock later in the week. They were not rude but overall felt a lack of concern about the delay in the order. I was concerned about the customer service and ultimately cancelled my order.

Premium quality products that are built to last and look good at the same time. Customer support is top notch. I’ve have had to warranty a couple of items. The process was very easy. Send pictures, address and receipt. Response time is quick. I will give them my $$$ with their future products. Much respect for a company that stands by their product.

Installed our Nomad 3 tent last night - easy install and the tent came with all kinds of extras and goodies we didn't expect (2 shoe bags, heavy under ladder matt, additional storage and some others items). I also had a couple of questions regarding a some of things with the tent, called the customer service number, and the gentleman on the phone was excellent to deal with, he provided me all kinds of information and answered all my questions - exceptional customer service. We're very pleased with the decision to go with Overland Vehicle Systems for our Roof Top Tent, it was the right choice for sure.

We purchased the Bushveld rtt, it's very spacious, came with lots of extras, but the mattress is by far the worst thing we have ever slept on. Trail Recon is the website we bought it from, and they advertise it has a 3" memory foam matress, an OVS company blog, and several reviews on this tent, say it has a 2" matress Well neither are correct, apparently (according to the tech guy who answered their phone) they changed the mattress last year to a 1" high density one, No they didn't, a 1" basic cheap foam is what they use now. I told him that is not what the information on this tent said. He said, "Show me where it says the thickness on the website other than a two year old blog." I said this isn't even what you're telling me it should have now. He told me I could return it for maybe a partial refund. I would have to pay for shipping, and they would thoroughly inspect it for any wear before deciding if they would give me any money back. I have never received such poor customer service. We will not purchase anything else from this company nor will we recommend them to anyone.
