I can’t say enough good things about Oxford Automotive, but hopefully, this review will give you the confidence to bring your vehicle here. I have been coming to this location for about three years and have all our vehicles serviced here. I have spent nearly $10,000 or more on various services, both essential maintenance and repairs and elective upgrades. I am always given transparent and honest inspections and solutions. I am never pressured into getting a service I don’t want or need. In an era when exceptional service is increasingly rare, Oxford stands head and shoulders above the rest because of my repair rep, Samuel. Samuel routinely goes above and beyond no matter what my vehicle is in the shop for. He treats my vehicles like they are working on his vehicles. With countless shops to choose from, He is the reason I keep coming back to Oxford. I also love that their work is backed with a 3-year warranty. If you want a shop that will do excellent work, stand behind its quality, and treat vehicles like their own, then this is the shop for you. If you’ve ever regret taking a mechanic for their word, stop searching - Oxford automotive is your best option. This location is transparent 1000%, they brought me into the garage, the mechanic himself showed me what he found, what he suggested, and educated me on my vehicles needs prior to any commitments. They even offered me a ride to work, set me up with a loaner vehicle, and I was able to maintain my schedule seamlessly. My experience was great and even when there was an issue - they diligently made it right and that’s sort of a Blue Moon of an experience in 2025. Trust Oxford, 5/5 ⭐️

After a good first experience here, I was happy to take my car back when it broke down. After my most recent experience however, my mind has definitely changed. I brought my car on a Thursday Morning, and did not have anyone contact me until the following Monday. I don’t expect to be updated every hour, but we didn’t receive even one phone call to say what was happening, an estimated time of service to be completed, or helping us coordinate rides. My husband and I only received this after complaining about the lack of communication. They were definitely apologetic to the situation, and because of that I would give them 2 stars instead of 1. After being charged $158 for a “bumper to bumper” inspection, three days after getting the car back, my transmission now needs repaired and the check engine light is back on (the original problem in the first place). This issue did not appear on the inspection, which leads me to believe that their inspection process is not actually very thorough (while being very expensive). Two weeks ago I had to do an expensive repair to my car, and this week I’ll have to do another extremely expensive repair. I will not be returning here. While I appreciate their professionalism in trying to make a bad situation better, I find it very hard to believe that 3 days post inspection my car just developed this new, major issue. The quality of the inspection is not worth the very high cost.

I had an oil change at Oxford last week and I was impressed. They were friendly , efficient and went over and above on their service of my 4 runner. I have owned many vehicles and been to many dealerships and shops but at none had I ever had my tires rotated for free as part of a regular oil change. They also advised me I need new brakes soon (which I knew). They gave me an upfront cost for the service. And all this in about 45 minutes for $79.98. Looks like I found a go to repair shop. I would highly recommend them!!

Samuel and the team at Oxford did an amazing job fixing my BMW! Excellent communication via text and phone calls. The option of a loaner car was a huge plus. The waiting area is wonderful and includes refreshments and snacks. I highly recommend this repair shop! Thank you to the entire team!
