Went out of their way to accommodate my drop in. For a very reasonable price they changed the oil, rotated the tires and gave the car an inspection. I suspect they cleaned up the brakes as part of their review as the brakes are tip top now. Oh yes, they also gave me round trips home and back without charge. And very friendly front desk. Superb.

Scheduling process was very easy and times were convenient, they answered all the questions I had in a friendly, respectful and thorough manner and did a fantastic job on the items my car needed. My experience with Oxford automotive was exceptional. My advisor was detailed and easily accessible. I was given detailed information on my car throughout my experience which put me at ease given my horrible experience with my dealership. I love the fact that Oxford has a three year guarantee on their work. I’ll definitely come back to update my review once I’ve driven my car for a while.

This is an excellent Service garage very clean very high-tech equipment for the mechanics. You can tell this is a professional auto repair center. I had my vehicle worked on and I waited in the very nice waiting room. They were fast professional and accommodating, with top quality expert work.

This is my first time to use Oxford and I couldn’t be more pleased. Alpha is a wonderful representative of the business-courteous, helpful, explained my car issues clearly and all around pleasant person to work with. Their staff was very efficient and worked to get my car done a bit early even though there was some fairly work to be done on my 21 year car. I highly recommend them.
