I’m truly elated John intercepted and suggested their FAMILY shop. The family “staff” (Kay “sister” , is what I call her 😹) is welcoming, down to earth, professional, respectful & their communication is consistent. My Acura looks as if it was never DAMAGED 😻. Kery in costumer service is the best, she explained me the whole process and helped me calling the ensure company. The part of everything is how fast they fix my car, in 10 days I got my car back and the original Mercedes Benz part 🤩 100% recommend this place.

I recently had a positive experience with PC Collision Concepts, and I can't recommend them highly enough! When my mom's car stalled, Eric was there to help right away. Not only did he tow her car and get her to safety, but he also diagnosed and fixed the issue the same day! He also towed the car back to my mom's house once the car was fixed. Eric's was responsive and kept us updated and made sure we understood everything that was happening. It's rare to find people who genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile like Eric did. Thanks to PC Collision Concepts, my mom's car is back on the road, and we couldn't be happier with the fast, efficient service we received. They truly set the bar high!
