Amazing service from P&C Auto Body. I had to get my bumper replaced asap and after the initial call, Hieu was able to walk me through the process of what needed to be done. I dropped off my car and after about a little over a week (due to shipping delays) I got my car back. The car was cleaned and looked good as new. He also assured me that a few other minor issues I wanted looked at were fixed as well. Highly recommend this body shop, they’re professional, friendly, and responsive. It was a smooth process and I was updated the entire time. They didn’t try to up-sale or add any unnecessary services like a few other body shops, happy to have found them!

Highly recommended!!! We recently visited the auto body shop and was thoroughly impressed by their warm greeting, attentive service, and commitment to quality work at economical prices. This is my first review ever. These guys deserve my first review because I’m so happy and pleased with there service, Both brothers took care of me all the way to the end, They also did extra work obviously I paid them for the work.(took the car Window tinting, Send out my rims that had a curb rash, and installed caliper covers. The quality work is five stars. They use original parts, They try to get the best matching color not just whatever they find, Don’t hesitate to have them work on your car you won’t regret it

This is definitely the best auto body shop in San Jose; I wouldn't go anywhere else for auto body repairs. I (very unfortunately) was in two separate car crashes within the first two months of 2024 and both times I took my car here to J&C Auto Body. They answered the phone every time I called or texted for updates and worked directly with all insurance companies involved. I was also able to drop my car off the same day as the accidents both times (although I may have just been lucky with their availability/schedule). Neither accident was my fault, so I didn't owe any out of pocket money, but per the paperwork I saw, I would also say that they have fair prices (but again, I had all work paid for through insurance companies). Hung was also absolutely amazing with communication and overall customer service. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
