Got my alignment and oil change done here on my 21’ S4. After years of passing by and seeing cool cars outside, i decided to look into this place for my alignment. 3-4 years of driving lowered cars on coils, springs, and bags, and never once getting a decent alignment on any car from any shop, P&L did it. For once a shop that can actually align my car right, get it straight, not leave things loose, do my oil change correctly, provide quality customer service, AND clear communication (shoutout danny). Great work team at P&L, lifetime customer earned.

when dealing with mechanic shops i look for specific criteria... experience, reasonable pricing, efficiency, honesty, and communication. (almost like looking for a woman 😬) P&L gets high marks in every category... enough said...

I highly recommend you take your Subaru to P&L for anything your Subaru might need. They’re very knowledgeable people and I’ve heard the best in the country ;). I needed an ecu to finish my project car because mine was failing. Josh and Daniel found one for me in the shop. Now she’s running great and I couldn’t be happier thanks P&L. I’ll definitely be coming back

Over the summer, I needed work done on my turbo vehicle. An area dealer gave me a diagnosis and a quote that was really high. Fortunately for me, I came across P&L. They diagnosed my vehicle and came back with a quote that was thousands below that of a competitor. More importantly, they kept me updated about what was needed to fix my car, and the progress of the repair. I came away with an appreciation for their expertise, professionalism and honesty. The whole process was made stress free by the way they treated me as a customer.

Buyer beware. Stay very far away from them. They will hold onto your parts for 8 months after promising to do your project to then never call you and then tell you when you randomly show up that they could never do the work from the beginning. Extremely unprofessional. If you don't have a Lamborghini or a Ferrari you get treated like total horse crap. They lie to you for a couple of months telling you they're going to do all this work and you prepare all this work and get your money ready and then you book your appointment and 8 months later when you haven't heard anything from them they tell you all we could never do that work. Is there an absolute scam don't go there you're just going to lose your money your patience and your time.

Came here to install some mods on my old porsche. It's clear these jokers have no idea what they're doing after speaking to them for just a few minutes. All they want to do is sell you on their haltech system. They won't touch your car unless you buy a haltech system. All they want to do is try to upsell you on products and try to make you spend the most money possible. If it's not worth it for them they won't do the job. Greedy people.
