This is my 2nd time coming to this location, of course because there are many nails punching my tires by where I live. Tires are good price, I always call to check and it is very affordable. This location is on a main street and parking is limited inside the location and on the street. The workers are promised ready to assist you. Both times I have been there I am there no longer than 20 minutes.

Good, fast service. Used tires are $40, new $95. They only take cash! Best part is they let me sit in my car the whole time lol

Horrible customer service, I had came in for a patch for two tires, and I was informed that one of my tires had previously been patched in the same spot that has the leak, so he suggested that I buy a new tire and I had Told him I didn’t have the funds right now for a new tire and My response seem to piss him off, so he took my money and patched my tire instead of educating me and saying it wouldn’t make a difference for another patch because the leak can possibly start again as soon as I drive off (which it did within 30 minutes) so it wouldn’t be any need to waiste my money! I’m use to whomever is servicing my car usually likes to inform me in detail about what’s going on with it. He was short tempered and very unprofessional

My son called Pacheco's Tire and spoke with Ramiro, inquiring about a tire for his Nissan. Although I didn't get to meet Ramiro in person, his exemplary customer service and swift resolution of the issue left a positive impression. His promptness in addressing the flat tire and installing a new one was commendable. We would consider returning for future needs, especially given the convenient location.
