12/8/2024 = 1 Star = we sign for release paper so insurance company can get the car , we have only time to do it only Saturday and Sunday , we went Sunday and they said that there's a gate fee of $75.00 . I seen a lots of negative review in this company, I rather to get AAA membership because of this .

These guys are scammers. I would advise against using their services. Charged my wife who had an emergency $ 400.

My car was towed by them on 9/3/24 I got my car out on 9/28/24 when I got my car back it was missing the side marker lights and my bumper was damaged, the officer from Anaheim police dept. Wrote on his report there was no missing parts and no damage to the car other than it was dirty and scratched. When I went to get my car they had no handicap parking available and also they said my car was at another location so my triple A tow truck had to drive to another location this location. Had no where to sit and im handicapped with a brace on. When they bring my car out this is how it looked i called and talked to Nick the owner and he says they have pictures when I asked them to send them to me they say no, I told him im handicapped and it would be hard for me to get there this place is a rip off taking parts to sell most likely. I tried to do it the right way now we are looking at court. Please stay far away fro. This place. Do not use their services. Or use at your own risk.

I was in a very bad car crash , where I was hit by someone in a stolen car. The car was on a high speed chase with the police going over 80 miles . My car was towed by the police and this company was the one that responded. I was in the hospital for three days and during that time I tried getting my car. This company bad an already bad situation worst. They treated me like they where a repo lot and that my car didn't belong to me. I owned my car out right and was not given any information on my cars whereabouts. My insurance company was given a hard time trying to get my car. The people that work there are all very rude and nasty. I needed my house keys when I got out of the hospital and was told there would be a 140 fee to open the gate after hours. I even called the police in hopes to get help and they where not given answers. I would say never use this company but they are hired through the police department. So I will be filing a complaint with the city.

This place is very unprofessional. They picked up my car from an accident that was not my fault. The car took it on red and T-boned us. This company works with the Anaheim Police department. They charge for cleaning fee and staying overnight etc.. I was in the hospital in critical condition. I couldn’t walk for 3 days and for 4 days the total apparently came out to “790”. I had to do the math because it didn’t make sense and it came out to 680. I told the “manager” working there named victor and he said I was wrong and looked at me with the nastiest look and said no it’s 790 and I showed him that I did the math with all the fees he said and he realized he was wrong and it did come out to 680. They tried overcharging us 100 after suffering in critical condition. Then tried to make me look dumb as If I was wrong. We paid our fees and told us our car was in the other toward and my partner asked if he was sure our car wasn’t here in the main yard and he said he was sure since they had already made 3 mistakes. So we left to the other yard and he called me already when I’m over there with the tow that’s already charging us for his time and gas and Victor says it’s actually not at that tow yard and made us come back to the main yard and as we made our way to the main tow yard. No one was there. Victor had left. I had to call 4 times for him to answer and when he picked up he said that he was doing another job and wasn’t there at the main yard anymore. We had waited 15 minutes of our time and the other tows time. Not only did they make 5 mistakes we had to pay extra to our tow because of their mistakes. I wanted to talk to the owner, but Victor would not give me any information to speak to him so my partner obviously got upset because Victor was being unprofessional and did not know how to do his job as it seems. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT COME HERE EVER! THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU !!! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING OR HOW TO DO THEIR JOB!!!
