Andy and his crew did an awesome job with my trucks hail damage. My truck looks brand new, which was a nice feeling because I got it used a couple of years ago. They said they would have it done in three days and they did just that. Communication was great. I hope I don’t have to use them any time soon, but it is great knowing I have a great crew and shop for any damage to my families cars. I will highly recommend Paintless Pros to anyone I know.

I was able to get a next day appointment which is great with the whole city getting hit by hail. Andy was extremely friendly, professional, and but of all fast. The shop was clean and well organized. The process took less then 30 minutes. The price was spot on for a hail damage estimate. If my car hadn't been totalled by the storms I'd be returning to them to have the work done. Thanks so much! Highly recommend Andrew at PAINTLESS PROS, wonderful business in Lavista, had a few dings on hood of my truck, amazing work at removing them, looks terrific and very reasonable cost... thank you so much..

I had requested an estimate for hail damage. Immediately asked if I was going to fix the car or not! I responded yeah he said “ yeah or yes. I was asked if insurance was involved I said yes he stated I need to charge you $100 upfront bc I am doing the insurance job and that’s not my job. Andrew has the worst customer service skills! He is not people friendly and sounded like he hated his job!
