Palmdale Firestone

I strongly advise against using these people. They replaced the transmission cooler on my car, to which they clearly bent the clips too far. Of course the transmission oil cooler line popped out, as can be seen in the photo. They also broke the clips on the wheel arch trim, where one of them flew off on the freeway. Flying objects on the freeway isn't dangerous at all, is it? It's obvious they won't notify you of any damage because they are dishonest. They complained to me that they had to remove the bumper and bar at the front, meaning the trim indeed needed to be removed. They have already refused to replace the clips and the missing trim piece, even though they caused the damage and loss. They take no responsibility for any damage they cause. They are simply incompetent, unfortunately. My experience here has been disgusting. They are rude and don't even try to rectify anything. They tell you to get out, to put it politely. Please go somewhere better. EDIT: Their response states they never dealt with me... My husband dropped off the car and collected it. I very much did bring this car here. Maybe the model 2013 VW Tiguan will jog their memory. They complained about it enough that they will surely remember.

I have been coming to this Firestone for many years...I have always received honest and excellent service here. I took my car in today to have them do an alignment with a shim on my back tire...a problem another reputable tire company said they could not do and I needed. Their experienced and honest mechanics decided to first check my alignment to make sure it was done properly. Come to figure out I did not need a shim at all and my alignment was in fact perfect!!! What would have been a $300 fix turned out to be 0, thanks to their expertise and honesty...I would highly recommend Palmdale Firestone 🥰

THIS A HONEST BUSINESS HERE GOT RIGHT TO THE POINT CHARGED THE FEE ACCORDINGLY WHEN OTHER SHOPS DIAGNOSE MY VEHICLE N GAVE ME 1600$ TAB…..WENT TO THESE GUYS 300$ DID WHAT THEY DID CAR ROLLIN 💯SMOOTH…. #JOHNNIEB THE GUY 🥂

Johnny was very friendly made you feel like home. They did awesome service. I got 4 new tires and alignment with new rear breaks and rotor. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Honest and very nice, and open on Sundays! Great group of guys here! And they are jerks to their customers! They are really respectful! I will always come here! Thank you again fellas!
