Palmer Tire and Automotive

Palmer Tire is a go-to for my family and me. They offer fast, friendly service and are always helpful. We've trusted them for tires on three different vehicles and even some brake work. One of the best reason's for going to Palmer - No need to schedule an appointment! Unlike other local tire shops and even Sam's Club, which required waiting 7–10 days for an appointment, Palmer Tire was ready to help right away. Highly recommend!

Called to see if they had the tire size I needed for my TT told him I needed 2 and asked how long of a wait it would be as we were headed to a campground from out of state and had my 4 toddlers in the van. They had what I needed with about 30-45 minute wait. I told him to pull the tires I was on the way. When I arrived and checked in Chris told me where to pull my camper and they got Mike on it right away. Very pleased with the service and price. Want to give a shout out to this new business . One of my staff had used their service and recommended them. I have a big trailer and it is parked just 3/4 of mile away. It has been loosing air on one tire and I needed a puncture repair ( turned out to be a deck screw in the tire). So I went there and asked if they possibly would see their way open to come to my business and take the wheel of and repair. They were so accommodating showed up an hour after I stopped by and did a great job. Their actions speak of excellent customer service - they went above and beyond. For sure recommend their services.

What a great experience! We stayed in Waynesville for a couple nights during a road trip. When we left on our final morning, we noticed that both of the back tires on the car were bare and almost showing metal. We know we needed to replace them immediately or would have been stranded in the middle of nowhere on our drive. We pulled into Palmer Tire and Automotive at 10 am and were greeted by friendly staff who quickly gave us our options. They took our car back immediately and we were back on the road in an hour, with an extremely reasonable bill. The waiting room was comfortable and I was even able to sit at a desk and get some work done. Thanks so much for making this issue a painless blip in our road trip.

Pulled into Palmer Tire with air blowing out of a nail hole in my tire right before closing. They took my tire off, discovered it was not repairable. They didn’t have a replacement in stock but put my spare on at no charge. They stayed 15 minutes after closing. This was some outstanding service.
