Ryan drove us 65 miles to our destination! Not only with our truck on the flatbed but also hauling our camper behind. I felt safe the entire time! I could tell he was very experienced and he was also very nice!

I got locked out of my car at Meijers In Howell, apparently I had dropped my keys by the cart corral and someone had found them. I had just put my kids in the car and was filling my washer solvent. The person locked my car and took the keys inside. I didn't know what happened but my kids were locked in the car. I called and he was there in literally 30 seconds. He helped me get things figured out. I'm so so thankful for this company! 100% recommend.

Got into a pretty bad pickle passing through howell. My project truck fell over the front side of a Dolly and popped the dolly tire. U-haul roadside assistance had me on hold for over an hour, but pardiac towing was there in 20 minutes! Thomas, I think his name was even Able to put the tow dolly on the tow truck as well as my project vehicle and made the hour long tow back to my house, even though his shift was already over. Also, the cost was not too bad for such a long tow. So thank you very much pardiac towing!!

Service was prompt and very good. They allowed me and my passenger to ride in the car being towed. They didn't bill my card for three days and then called me yelling at me about being a criminal and threatening to turn me into the state police. The same state police they insisted I not wave to while riding in the car being towed. Good service terrible human interaction. I swear the total on the phone was 248, I had 250 in my account. Three days later it's now 265 and I'm being berated like I'm some murderer over the phone.

We greatly appreciated the promptness and professionalism of Patti (dispatcher)...also, the kindness, patience and care that Frederick took in handling our roadside tow. Not only did we have a blow-out but also a medical issue inwhich called for a late-night service and delay of hook-up on our part; Frederick displayed excellent skill and care in assisting is get our vehicle to safety.
