Not a fan. Tire prices sky high, charge 5% for using debit or credit, only free rotation no free balancing ( like Sam’s and other stores ) and then pricing on their menu board are different than what they charge. Board says $60 for balancing but they charged $65 - if you want value this isn’t the place. I’m going back to Sam’s for my tires next time.

No Problems pulling in and having them to check my tire pressure when my light would come on ,The Short black Man VERY NICE ,GREAT Attitude always helped 👍!!!

They helped me for putting the cover of the bottom of my car as I hit a big piece of trailer tire on I-85. They didn’t charge me for the repair. They are an excellent shop.

Do not go to this shop if you want to be treated as a respected customer, expecting honesty, common courtesy, and integrity. When I dropped off my vehicle, we discussed it was likely an engine rebuild or new motor job. I was told they did this type work. After keeping my vehicle for 2 weeks and multiple calls for an estimate on the repair, I was finally given a call by desk personnel (not mechanic, Shane) with an estimate twice the going rate. Obviously, he did not want to do the work. That is fine, but why not say that early on instead of keeping the vehicle for 2 weeks with no communication to customer and then giving an outrageous estimate? I requested a copy and was given an business card with "engine- parts and labor $5500.What a ridiculous "detailed" estimate I was given. The really sad part is I was a returning customer who had other work done here. Bottom line is - if you want to be treated like you are a valued customer and want something more than new tires, alignment, or oil changes. Go somewhere else. Actually, go ANYWHERE else.

Kept our car for literally a month. Didn’t even fix one of the original issues, and they charged us a lot more than they quoted us without calling to confirm new price. They changed out the starter, but put in a garbage one, my husband had to change it out at a hotel parking lot AFTER paying them to do it first. They didn’t tighten the brake pads properly which caused the pads to wear badly and already need replacing just a few months after they put new pads on. There’s more. This place is horrible. Never coming back here again!
