This shop is truly a nightmare, I am active duty military and dealt with an issue with my vehicle no crank no start. I was heading home the next day Cris the owner tells me I can have you out quick my friend. So I take my vehicle and no luck tells me the part is out of stock and he will take care of it with three days. I was forced to leave the vehicle and trust in the good of people. I drove home to El Paso Texas 13 hours away and my vehicle sat at this shop for 6 months and continued to tell me the same story he’s working on it and he’s trying hard to figure out the issue. I go home on pre deployment leave and to see my wife graduate college, to see my car still not able to start and the wires on my steering column are completely unraveled and spliced. I confronted him about this issue and said his electrical guy is working on it and it will be resolved. I was thankfully able to get my vehicle home after months later and a deployment later my vehicle is same issue I am stuck no start and took to a new shop and showed me the terrible work and loose wires on my steering column. STY AWAY FROM THESE UNLICENSED MECHANICS.

My boyfriend’s car started giving us a heat warning light and a check engine light while we were over an hour away from home. No other mechanics were open at the time, and we just happened to be close to Parra’s repair. They served us immediately and filled up our coolant for free. After fifteen minutes we were good to go, no charge! Excellent service!

Don't take your car here!!!! Took my car here and this guy took him super long to fix my car. He kept ignoring my calls and dodging communication and wouldn't give me my car back unless I paid him $800 for his trash ass job. Weeks later and my car doesn't work again!
