Drove here from CT to get a part nobody else had in stock for my truck. The price was amazing compared to Mercedes who was going to have to order the part & it was going to take a week to get. Staff was very nice and knowledgable! And, I would like to thank them for not talking down to me as sometimes happens when women visit places likes parts stores or mechanics. Would certainly come here again!

This is for truck drivers. You have to show up exactly on time. They will not let you park in front to wait for any amount of time for your delivery appt. They will tell you to leave, even with nowhere to go. They will say park in front of someone else's property, but the shoulder is not large enough for big trucks. Their dock is inadequately sized for 53' trailers and you have to back in, sometimes blind side, from a busy street. The cars contain angry drivers, that will not stop and wait for you. They do not offer to help at this business.. They do not stop traffic. They will not tell any of the many cars or people in your way to move. They are rude while you are working. You will have to drop your trailer, because the tractor will block an entire direction, two lanes of the street in front. I suggest not taking this load. I suggest a blacklist of this business by all 53' trailers. Someone is going to have a bad accident there. It's just waiting to happen. If you go there, I would ask for five times the rate, no less than 7k. It's not worth it for you to deliver to this location. I would give zero stars, if possible. I warned you. Who ever answered the phone today is unprofessional. I’m trying to get the parts to do a job today, and they hang up on me mid sentence.

They are always on point with the parts and especially the customer service. My guy when I go pick him up parts he's always called you nice on point goes above and beyond for the customers of parts of authority.

Just in case it's helpful to anyone else, this is a warehouse, and not a retail location. I walked in to get 1 quart of oil to top off my car and it was very obvious I was in the wrong place. I was standing next to all of these serious looking mechanics, and needless to say I am not a serious looking mechanic. However, much to the credit of the guys working at this warehouse, they directed me to the right place, the dude at the computer made sure I was getting the correct thing, and they wrote me up for my 1 quart of oil and sent me on my way. I wanted to leave this review to thank them for taking care of a lost soul.
